Privacy policy

This policy explains what MxAlgo Technologies ("MxAlgo", "we") collects through the MLGCare website, mlgcare.com, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Data that a hospital, clinic or lab keeps in the MLGCare or MLGCare Lab apps is covered by that customer's agreement with us.

What we collect

  • When you request a demo: your name, the name of your hospital, clinic or lab, your work email, your phone number if you give it, your message, the product you chose and the page you sent the form from.
  • With every request: your internet (IP) address and the time, so we can stop spam and abuse.
  • If you accept analytics cookies: how you use the site (pages visited, clicks on buttons such as "Book a demo" or "Sign in", rough location, device and browser), through Google Analytics.
  • If you don't accept (or haven't chosen yet): Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals that a page was viewed, without cookies or an identifier for you.

Why we use it

  • To answer your demo request and talk to you about MLGCare or MLGCare Lab.
  • To protect the form against spam and repeated requests.
  • To understand which pages help visitors and improve the site (only with your consent).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Demo requests are stored in Microsoft Azure in India (Central India region) and sent by email to our team through Azure Communication Services. Only MxAlgo staff who answer enquiries can see them.

Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics). Google may process it outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request while we are in touch with you, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also raise a complaint with us first and then with the Data Protection Board of India. Visitors from the European Union and the UK have the same rights under the GDPR.
